1. Product Description

JHF-1700F-PCW is a multi-functional model, mainly suitable for medium-sized packaging, 300g -800g cardboard, 1mm-10mm corrugated packaging, double folding, and hook bottom; this machine can also produce double-laminated and E, CBA five-layer flat pressure die-cutting or the water-based printed rotary die-cutting grooved corrugated two-fold, hook-bottom model, the whole machine has more diverse changes, simple debugging, simple and convenient operation. This machine is equipped with a unique cardboard correction locator, continuous stacking box snapping device. It adopts touch terminal and PLC operating system, (optional remote online diagnosis system). Equipped with remote control operating system, the transmission structure adopts grouped independent motor transmission, stable operation, no noise, and the upper belt pressure is pneumatically adjusted. It is stable and efficient, and fully meets the needs of humanized operation. This machine is produced in accordance with European CE standards. This machine is equipped with the 4/6-point system.

B. Components:

It is divided into six modules: a feeder section, a side alignment section, an anti-hook section, a folding forming module, a press and counting module, a conveyor section.

• Feeder Section:

It consists of 7 pieces 60mm wide suction paper feeding belts; 10mm metal plate is adjusted horizontally to set the width, and the embossing guide wheel guides the paper output belt; there are baffles on the left and right sides, which can be moved left and right according to the product style; the paper feeding department is equipped with three paper output knives. The paper knife adjusts the asymmetric length according to the actual sample; the suction device cooperates with the motor to feed paper quickly, easily and continuously automatically. The paper feeding section can stack paper at a height of 400mm, and the upper feeding pressure is pneumatic to ensure smooth corrugated paper feeding. The operator can control the paper feeding switch in any operating area.

• Side Alignment Section:

The three-plate structure adopts the principle of push gauge and side gauge, which can correct the skewed cardboard to ensure smooth and smooth feeding.

• Anti-Hook

Three-plate structure, the upper belt is the main drive type, to ensure smooth paper conveying. The bottom belt is 50MM, the upper belt is 30MM, and the upper pressure belt moves up and down pneumatically to adapt to different cardboard thicknesses. Equipped with anit-hook system, cooperated with 4/6-point system to make sure the forming of the box is good.

• Anti-Hook :

Three-plate structure, the upper belt is the main driving type 30mm wide, and the lower belt is 50mm wide to ensure the smooth paper transportation.

• Folding Forming Module

The three-plate structure, the upper belt is the main drive type, to ensure the smooth paper conveying. It is composed of a 50mm bottom belt and a 60 mm wide crutches; the left and right sides are completed with the second fold line 180 degrees, and the fourth fold line 180 degrees is completely combined; left and right guide wheels adjust according to different positions to match the folding box more smoothly; the lower bearing supports and guides the belt to run correctly. The fold belt is driven independently, and the speed of the fold belt can be adjusted independently, so that the product will not have a glue misalignment.

• Press and Counting Module:

The upper and lower transmission can adjust the length; and it is equipped with an aligning device to correct the errors generated during the folding process of the carton, and the fold line on both sides of the carton can be flattened and corrected when the five-layer box is produced by the flattening device. When producing bottom paste boxes, it is equipped with a pneumatic front-blocking device. The continuous automatic box accumulation method ensures that the box enters the conveying department neatly; it adopts an electric counter automatic device; it is equipped with an air pressure system and a pressure conveying system. The pressing wheel can be adjusted according to different box types and paper quality to make the box pressing more perfect.

• Conveyor Section:

Adopting independent upper and lower main transmission structure, the upper pressing belt can move forward and backward according to the length of the production carton, the input feed belt is soft and moderate, and will not crush the finished product; balanced pressing, neat conveying, ensuring perfect quality; the speed of the conveying part is matched with the run speed of the main machine. The electrical appliances are automatically adjusted, and manual operation and speed can also be selected; there are two sets front pressing and paper pressing function devices. The debugging and operation is simple and convenient to adjust.
